People
City Homes is a family affair – a traditional old fashioned Master Builder and Apprentice model. Co-Director Kulveer, left school at 18 to serve his apprenticeship with his Father, already an established and successful Builder, on the building sites of Harrow in the late 90’s. Over the decades, Kulveer has accumulated unparallel experience, and now sits on the London Executive Board of the Federation of Master Builders, as a gate keeper to next generation.
Deepak is a graduate Chartered Surveyor and joined the industry after a successful career in industry. Between his academic prowess and Kulveer’s know-how, they curated a team of top talent and were crowned Britain’s Master Builder in 2019.
Experience
We have accumulated 35+ years of building experience. In that time we have worked on projects from small renovations, through to ground-up new builds.
We have extensive experience working directly for clients, and particularly alongside architects of larger residential projects as the builder of choice and with property developers as the contractor they trust.
Expertise
Our expertise is two-fold. We work alongside Architect as professional colleagues, to help bring their beautiful designs to life in a workable way. Above all else, Architects aspire to create glorious living spaces for their clients, and having us in place as the power to deliver, gives architects the confidence they need to be creative.
We work alongside property developers on small-to-medium sized residential and commercial developments as their building partners of choice. Having City Homes on their team, give developers the confidence they need that the numbers stack up and their 20% profit margin will be achieved.
